To shape a winning culture the way you want it: First, think about how you want your team to act. List them out, make sure you are intentional about recognizing behaviors and actions that you want to grow and cultivate. Model it! Share your own wins- this can be hard, especially if you value being humble, but do it.  Start challenging other key individuals that are making a difference to share their winning stories. Recognize each person’s strength and highlight specific things that each person bring to the table. Celebrating wins within your team will allow you to start shaping the culture from complaining about what’s hard or just silence – instead of into thinking about what success looks like.
