Building a team. What the heck right? Today I interview one of my clients, Nicole Moultrie, who just achieved the highest rank in her company. Congrats Nicole! Recently in my group coaching a question came up- what do the top rank people actually do, versus what we think they do. Today we are going to deconstruct the beliefs, actions, and verbiage of a skillful recruiter and top earner.
