Tasha here and guys, I have to introduce you to my friend! There is a popular quote by Jim Rohn, “You are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with.” I have been bugging my friend Jenna to be on this podcast for about a year, after she did a TED talk on the importance of giving people sincere compliments because I knew it is so important in sales and leadership. She finally agreed to say yes, but as we looked back, that is not the only remarkable thing she has done. In the past 5 years, she has had another son, worked full-time and achieving the award for the top employee in her whole company (out of probably 3000), achieved her dream of being a criminal justice college professor, delivered a TED talk, and started her own performance coaching business to help others also achieve their life goals. She has done this while having two young children and struggling with anxiety and OCD. In this podcast we talk about how to achieve great things, and how sincere appreciation and compliments can transform your business.
