With this new found knowledge, we as sales professionals need to remember just because our customer’s research products on the Internet does not mean they know everything about your products/services and in turn they really do not need you. I am here to tell you that is actually not a true statement. They, in fact, do need you. They need your expertise, your guidance, and your amazing ability to serve.
