Can you actually build and maintain relationships using social media? I think you can if you use your social media strategically to stay connected with your customers. You have worked very hard to create that relationship with your customer so you have to work just as hard to maintain it.
So that means it is not just about serving your customer one time and then hoping that they will come back to you or be responsive when you reach out to them when you need something…like a referral or another order?
