Do you ever feel like screaming, “WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK!?!?! I KNOW ALL THE THINGS BUT STILL NOT REACHING MY GOALS!”

On today’s podcast, Tasha goes over the 4 reasons you aren’t reaching your goals. Here is a quick summary:

  1. You don’t have the actual skills. You need to be able to communicate well and influence effectively. Ultimately influence is about gaining agreements and we are not born with this skill. It must be learned somewhere. If you haven’t learned it in your life prior to network marketing, you need to develop these skills. If you have these skills, sharpen them.
  2. You want to do all of the things all at once. You have 100 ideas that could work, but don’t know where to start. So you do nothing. Or you do all the 100 ideas all at once. And nothing gets finished. Either way results don’t happen.
  3. Your thoughts are messed up. When we lack belief in what we are doing, or ourselves, we don’t move into action. When action is stalled, so are results.
  4. You don’t have enough repetitions. To create momentum you have to put a lot of effort in at first. Sometimes the overwhelm means that you don’t do enough of the thing you need to do to overcome the numbers game, increase skill, or just get the overall results.

So now what? DECIDE

Ask yourself this question, do you want to be the actual CEO of your business? The CEO’s job is to decide. Decide on your priorities over the next 3 months. Decide on your focus for the next 2 weeks. Commit and reflect when it’s done.
