Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Emerge Sales Training. Please read this policy carefully.

We will refund your entire purchase for any product within 3 calendar days from the initial date of purchase.

For YOUR DIRECT SALES FOUNDATION or YOUR LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION: If you would like to request a refund after your initial 3 days from your first date of purchase has passed you will need to meet these criteria first:

  1. Your initial purchase, whether it was in full or payment plan, was more than 3 days ago.
  2. You are within 30 calendar days of your first payment, of either an in full payment or the first date of a payment in a payment plan.
  3. You have completed 50% or more of the Online Content in your course which can be tracked and seen in your progress amount.
  4. If you meet these criteria you can email us at team@emergesalestraining.com to request a refund, we will review your account to check if you meet the above refund criteria
  5. Your Direct Sales Foundation and Your Leadership Foundation courses are non-transferable.

WORKSHOP purchases are non-refundable but can be transferred to another workshop, or different workshop date.

MEMBERSHIP site purchases/subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time. If you do cancel you will lose access to the membership site and all the content that was available to you.

IN-PERSON EVENT purchases are non-refundable. You can transfer the event ticket to another person, the exchange will not be handled or managed by Emerge Sales Training, that is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and who the ticket is being transferred to. Emerge Sales Training only needs to be notified of the names/contact information of the previous ticket holder and the new ticket holder by the original ticket purchaser.

No refunds will be made 30 calendar days after your initial purchase of either an in full payment or the first date of your first payment in a payment plan.

Refunds will be processed back to the card that was used at the time of payment

GROUP SWITCH REQUEST POLICY

If you would like to switch groups from your original purchase, you can do so by paying the group coaching value of $100 for Your Direct Sales Foundation or $200 for Your Leadership Foundation.  You will keep access to both groups that you are apart of to watch replays of the group coaching calls.

What you get when you participate in group coaching a second time:

  1. Calls from your coach and the ability to ask questions for your coach to answer
  2. Facebook support with your group and your coach
  3. Group coaching calls that you can attend live or watch replays as well as lifetime access to the replays
  4. Group interaction with challenges within the course
  5. Full support just like your original group

We understand that life gets busy, but because we are committed to help you finish this course, we provide full support whether you purchase the course once or a second time and feel the group coaching is fairly valued.
