Where is my course?

Try this!

  1. Log into your account at www.emergesalestraining.thinkific.com
  2. Click on “My Dashboard” on the top menu bar
  3. Here is where you should see ALL courses and workshops that you have signed up for
  4. Find Your Direct Sales Foundation and Group Coaching course and click on “resume course” (the blue button)
  5. You are now in your course!!

I signed up for Your Direct Sales Foundation Group Coaching. Where do I go?

Great question!  We want to make sure that you are not missing out!  Follow the steps below to make sure that you are in the loop:

  1. Log into your account at www.emergesalestraining.thinkific.com
  2. Click on “My Dashboard” on the top menu bar
  3. Here is where you should see ALL courses and workshops that you have signed up for
  4. Find Your Direct Sales Foundation and Group Coaching course and click on “resume course” (the blue button)
  5. You are now in your course!!
  6. Make sure to watch/read through all of the “Start Here” modules…this is where you will find your zoom registration link for the live group calls AND your corresponding Facebook group link!  These are the two things you want to make sure you do in order to stay in the loop!
Where do I join in on my zoom coaching/workshop calls?

Whether you signed up for group coaching or a workshop, you will log into your account, click on “my dashboard,” and click on “resume course” on the corresponding course or workshop.  Your zoom registration link will be in your course modules.

I can't be there live. Will this call be recorded?

The answer to this question is always, “YES!”  All workshops, group coaching sessions, webinars, etc will be recorded and available to you in your course modules forever.

I purchased the wrong course. What do I do?

You can fill out the contact form below, and we will do our best to accomodate you.  Because of the date and times of the groups, and because some may already be full, we cannot guarantee your ability to switch groups once you have made a purchase.

Can I switch groups?

 

We understand that life happens and falling behind in the course is sometime inevitable.  The first course of action will be to reach out to your sales coach in order for them to help you devise a plan to get caught up.  Because all calls are recorded and the Facebook group and discussion in your coures will always be accessible, we will do our best to get you back on track!  

I logged into my account, but now it says I'm not enrolled!! Help!

 

There are two main reasons that this may happen!  

1.  You may be on a payment plan, and for whatever reason (usually because of an expired card), the payment failed.  This will automically expire your course that is not yet fully paid for.  In order to fix this, log into your account, go to your account profile, click on “billing,” and edit your card information.  The system automically attempts to charge the card on file every 3 business days for 3 attempts.  If you are well past that 9-12 day period, email us at team@emergesalestraining.com and let us know that you have updated your card and to resume your payment plan.  We will fix it for you!

2. You may have accidently created 2 different accounts.  This usually happens when the first time you created an account to purchase your course there was a typo in the email address.  It’s very possible that you are logging into a second account that you didn’t actually purchase your course on.  If you suspect that this is the case, email team@emergesalestraining.com and we will confirm and fix it for you!
