Who likes change? Not me!
At some point in our lives and in our businesses we are going to have to figure out if you’re going to have to make a change. You’ll have to figure out what needs to be changed, the timing of it, and how to execute this change well.
We at Emerge have recently had to make a change, and I want to share with you my thought process on doing so, because I think you might find it helpful if and when you have to make a change. You might find yourself at a crossroads in your business, and I would like to encourage you and share with you some wisdom, and some of the mistakes I have made in the past.
