I can’t believe it’s here. In asking what you guys wanted for this milestone, you said that you wanted to hear how my journey started. So instead of just yapping about that, I thought it would be way more fun to bring mom on the line. Not my actual mom, but my sales mom. Today we talk to Joann Perrine, my Cutco manager. She recruited me, she trained me as a sales rep, and then as a manager. In this episode she shares about her leadership philosophies and how this has created in my words, not hers, a true legacy of sales performers.
