Any and all coupons that Emerge Sales Training offers are always applied to only the first payment of any Program, Product, or Service. If paid in full, the coupon code discount will be applied to the full payment. If a payment plan is selected, the coupon code discount will ONLY be applied to the FIRST payment of that selected payment plan.
We will refund your entire purchase for any product within 3 calendar days from the initial date of purchase.
Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. We believe in our Program, Product, or Service that we offer a 200% money-back satisfaction guarantee. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, the 200% money-back satisfaction guarantee requires you to complete your Program, Product, or Service at 100% completion, and you must complete a 30-minute voice-to-voice conversation with an Emerge Team member to determine sufficient implementation. We reserve the right to determine whether or not implementation was sufficient, and is not based solely on 100% course completion percentage. If it is determined by the Emerge Team Member that the you sufficiently implemented the Program, Product, or Service in question for the refund, we will issue you a 200% refund payment. (For example: If you are on a payment plan, and have only paid a portion of the course, we will refund what has been paid so far and match that amount. We are not doubling the entire value of the course if you have not yet completed the payment plan when the refund has been issued). *Exception: In person/special events and Membership purchases are non-refundable (see policy below)
Emerge Sales Training reserves the right to determine whether or not sufficient implementation has been completed before a refund has been issued.
*MEMBERSHIP site purchases/subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time. If you do cancel you will lose access to the membership site and all the content that was available to you.
*IN-PERSON EVENT purchases are non-refundable. You can transfer the event ticket to another person, the exchange will not be handled or managed by Emerge Sales Training, that is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and who the ticket is being transferred to. Emerge Sales Training only needs to be notified of the names/contact information of the previous ticket holder and the new ticket holder by the original ticket purchaser.
Refunds will be processed back to the card that was used at the time of payment
GROUP SWITCH REQUEST POLICY
If you would like to switch groups from your original purchase, you can do so by paying half the value of group coaching: $60 for Your Direct Sales Foundation (YDSF); $100 for Your Leadership Foundation (YLF); $433 for Advanced Recruiting and Mentorship Program (ARM). You will keep access to both groups that you are apart of to watch replays of the group coaching calls.
What you get when you participate in group coaching a second time:
- Calls from your coach and the ability to ask questions for your coach to answer
- Facebook support with your group and your coach
- Group coaching calls that you can attend live or watch replays as well as lifetime access to the replays
- Group interaction with challenges within the course
- Full support just like your original group
We understand that life gets busy, but because we are committed to help you finish this course, we provide full support whether you purchase the course once or a second time and feel the group coaching is fairly valued.
