COUPON CODES

Any and all coupons that Emerge Sales Training offers are always applied to only the first payment of any Program, Product, or Service.  If paid in full, the coupon code discount will be applied to the full payment.  If a payment plan is selected, the coupon code discount will ONLY be applied to the FIRST payment of that selected payment plan.

We will refund your entire purchase for any product within 3 calendar days from the initial date of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

The money-back-guarantee is governed by the following terms.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the courses.  In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products,  the money-back satisfaction guarantee requires you to complete your program at 100% completion, and you must complete a 30-minute voice-to-voice conversation with an Emerge Team member to determine sufficient implementation. We reserve the right to determine whether or not implementation was sufficient, and is not based solely on 100% course completion percentage. If it is determined by the Emerge Team Member that you sufficiently implemented the strategies in question for the refund, we will issue you a 100% refund payment and 200% refund for Your Direct Sales & Recruiting Foundation with group coaching (all group coaching sessions must have been attended and details above complied with). If you are on a payment plan and have only paid a portion of the course, we will refund what has been paid so far.

Live or Special Events are non-refundable.

*MEMBERSHIP site purchases/subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time. If you do cancel you will lose access to the membership site and all the content that was available to you.

*IN-PERSON EVENT purchases are non-refundable. You can transfer the event ticket to another person, the exchange will not be handled or managed by Emerge Sales Training, that is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and who the ticket is being transferred to. Emerge Sales Training only needs to be notified of the names/contact information of the previous ticket holder and the new ticket holder by the original ticket purchaser.

Refunds will be processed back to the card that was used at the time of payment

GROUP SWITCH REQUEST POLICY

If you would like to switch groups from your original purchase, please email us at team@emergesalestraining.com.  We provide caps on our group coaching programs so you may need to pay to retake the course in full based on availability.
