I’ve spent a lot of time joking about magical unicorns. And then a few weeks ago, I realized I was one! I was never that good intuitively at sales. Because I walked through the learning process step by step, I knew how to break it down. I was able to reconstruct the training I had received and given over the years. But, there is an area where I am in fact a magical unicorn. Today I’m going to share that with you, the lessons I learned, give a formal apology to my team, and my hope is that you will find your magical unicorn-ness and this awareness will help you and your team grow.
