Hi, Tasha here. So you set up the appointment, and they ask, “how much is the….” and you panic. You know better. You know that in your appointment you will connect the needs and the product and that you need to have a conversation to build the value.You also know that if you give them the price, they might postpone or cancel the appointment. But you can’t be rude, and say no I won’t tell you the prices. So you freeze, think of a response, and then just give them the price.
