“Failure is always on the table, but so is success.”

This is one of my favorite quotes from my interview with my client, Rebecca Kim.  It has been so awesome to watch Rebecca empower herself over the last 4 months and the performance that has come with that has been mind-blowing. You can watch this interview below.

Rebecca talks about how she was in a state of confusion- continually chasing the next new shiny thing. That confusion turned into frozenness which transferred down to her team.

As Rebecca started asking herself some key questions, she was able to narrow her focus, find MORE joy in her business, and ignite movement and excitement back into her team.

You don’t want to miss this interview because it is inspiring and helpful if you have ever felt confused or frozen (or have team members who have felt this way)!

I really hope this gave you some helpful tips.  Thanks for joining me today. 🙂
