I think we all desire to be good leaders, but that idea can be really daunting. The word “leader” is so vague and the truth is that there are no perfect leaders.

When we look at network marketing, I want you to stop thinking about “LEADER”, which is just SO big. Instead, let’s look at the specific role of a network marketing leader, and almost look at it like, “What are my job responsibilities?”

If you have ever had a corporate job, then you know that there are job requirements, (things that you ought to be doing), and objectives that you’re trying to meet.

In this video, I’m going to break down the 4 responsibilities of a network marketing leader. 

If you are fearful of inviting people to join your team, then I’m hopeful that will dissolve because you will now be super clear about what your role is (and what is not your role!).
