There are two myths that I am going to address today:

  1. Customers know exactly what their problems/needs are, and how to solve them.
  2. We have to pushy to convince people how awesome our stuff is.

Today we are going to discuss how customers think (or don’t think) about their needs, and 2 very simple things you can do to help connect the dots for your customers. Once you are both on the same page on their problems, it becomes very natural to help them solve it.
