This is part 2 of a 2 part message on closing. The first part was around our mindset around some of our premium packages. I shared an experience I had as a customer and the benefits of having a full set or a premium package, from the customers point of view. Update- I have all but eradicated my allergies with the peppermint, which I would have not purchased, except that it is in my set. #winning We also chatted about our mindset and conviction behind offering and insisting on those premium ordering options.

The average sale is closed after the fifth no, but most people give up after one or two attempts.

  1. the difference between being pushy and persistent
  2. the difference between being aggressive and bold
  3. how to prepare for presenting your buying options
