Today’s show is about credibility. Tell me if these 2 statements drive you crazy too.

  1. People buy from those they like and trust
  2. BUT if someone doesn’t buy, don’t take it personally.

Wait, what? That doesn’t make sense. If they buy from people they like and trust, they don’t buy from me, doesn’t that mean that they don’t like and trust me. And how do I not take that personally.

There is more to the story. The key is to demonstrate credibility and trust, and there is a lot you can do about that, and it’s pretty simple. In this podcast I will explore how to build credibility in yourself, your company, and your product and I have a few homework assignments for you if you are truly serious about feeling good about what you do.
