Refund Policy

We believe in transparency, support, and honoring the commitments we make to our clients. Below is our official refund policy for the What to Say Coaching Program.

Cooling-Off Period

We honor the federally mandated 3-day cooling-off period.

If you request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, we will gladly process it.

After this 3-day period, all sales are final and the program is non-refundable.

What Emerge Sales Training Provides

When you join the What to Say Coaching Program, Emerge commits to delivering everything that was presented at the time of your enrollment, including:

  1. Full access to the What to Say coaching portal
  2. 50+ live group coaching calls over the course of your membership
  3. Review of your weekly accountability form (unless you’ve opted out)
  4. Answers to your questions in the Facebook group within 1–2 business days
    (with grace for reasonable coach emergencies)
  5. Any 1-on-1 coaching calls or sessions explicitly included in your offer at enrollment

As long as Emerge provides the services, coaching, and support outlined here and in your specific offer, your enrollment remains active and valid.

Client Commitment

Enrollment in the What to Say Coaching Program is a 12-month commitment.

  1. Paid-in-full purchases are not eligible for refund.
  2. Payment plans must be completed in full, as they represent the total cost of the program divided into monthly installments.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our coaching.

Our Promise:

If you participate in the program and do not see an increase in sales opportunities, Emerge will work with you 1-on-1 until you do—at no additional cost.

This guarantee is designed to give you confidence that we are invested in your success. It is not a refund guarantee, but rather a partnership guarantee: we stay with you until you get the opportunities you came for.

Non-Refundable Situations

After the 3-day cooling-off period, refunds are not issued for reasons including (but not limited to):

  1. Changing your mind about your business
  2. Feeling too busy to participate
  3. Not using the coaching, calls, portal, or support available
  4. Personal or business circumstances outside the control of Emerge

We will always show up for you. In return, we ask for your commitment to the coaching journey you chose.
