I’m your host AJ, I’m a sales and leadership coach here at emerge and today we are going to talk about Sales and remaining positive in a negative environment or really any environment. Ever wonder how some people just seem blessed to have a happy disposition seemingly all the time! How do they do it? They must not face our struggles with customers, we think – they’re so confident, they must not have faced the same rejection from their calls. Don’t believe it for one second. I say this because I myself have had to train my own brain to be positive – I have had these thoughts in my sales and leadership career, but to my coworker’s friends, family and leaders I am a totally positive person. Even the most positive people out there struggle with rejection or rude people.
Focusing on what is good and remaining positive is a choice and it is a skill that can be learned and practiced. After this podcast, it is my hope that you will be able to walk away with 3 tips for you to practice immediately and implement into your business and your life today.
