You got to the end of the sales and now what? It’s important to tie up loose ends to really serve the customer. It is at this point where they are the most receptive and motivated. It’s really hard once you leave your sales conversation to address these things, ultimately leaving your customer in the lurch. You might catch them at a bad moment, or not catch them at all. At the end of the sales conversation is when they are the most engaged with you. Today I’m going to cover three things to go over before you leave the conversation. They are: suggesting items for gifts or future orders, asking for referrals, and offering to chat with them about how to earn money (if this has not been done yet). You might want to add a little extra time to your agenda when you schedule. But these three things should take no more than 5-7 minutes. Take a listen to learn how to do this effectively.

I hope you have enjoyed this podcast. The next workshop is a live Q&A with me on 9/11 from 12-1:30 PDT. This is where you can sign up for coaching on a specific topic. The groups are pretty small so hop in and submit your question. Ask about tough sales situations, how to maximize a promotion, share your recruiting challenges and get some coaching on that, or we can go over how to increase the productivity of your team. Anything is fair game. It’s $47 and you can register at emergesalestraining.com/asktasha.
