My role as a leadership coach is to personalize and customize a plan that builds a leader’s capability to achieve goals. My sweet spot is coaching 
leaders to learn skills to help develop their team members. A sign of a great leader is the development of those they are coaching.
I come to Emerge with a background in leadership training and development over the past 15 years. I have worked with a variety of leaders and teams including sales, product development, and operations.
A little about me personally, I live in Kansas City with my husband and our two active kiddos. You can typically find us at a gym, soccer field, baseball field, or hockey rink. My husband and I are very active in the Crossfit community.
