Harvest your fruit! When your fruit is ripe, make sure to take the right action! When the time is right, don’t just answer their questions- be the amazing customer focused salesperson that is within!
Implement closing the loop with a call to action and this is what will happen:
 
1. You will better understand the customer perspective and how you can serve them better.
2. You will be able to have more meaningful contacts and conversations
3. By practicing these first steps to opening up opportunities it will increase your overall sales and team members.
