There are usually 5 reasons that you or your team members are not powerfully recruiting people into your business.

Now, the default answer to “Why Am I Not A Better Recruiter” is typically, “I am not even trying.” ?

This usually causes a few reactions:

  1. Doing a blitz and sending out a bunch of canned messages.
  2. Wallowing in shame and going through lots of mindset training to figure out what’s wrong with us.
