I know, it’s easiest just to give the customer what they want. After all, money is tight. Today I’m going to encourage you to look at your customer’s end user experience based on a story of mine, as a customer. I will tell you the ridiculous story and how I used a recently purchased product to achieve peace in my home. I’ll share with you how, as the customer, I was so glad I spent a little more and got a complete set of essential oils. No, I’m not trying to sell you essential oils. But I am trying to sell you on getting in the right mindset regarding how to help your customers, and how to see things from a different perspective.
